We are the technical backbone behind events — stage, sound, light, LED, rigging, special effects and power infrastructure. When the lights go down and the music starts, our production team is why everything just works.
Over 1,000 shows powered across India — corporate conferences, award nights, concerts, product launches, political rallies and sporting events. In-house inventory of LED panels, line array sound systems, intelligent lighting and trussing. Full-time technical crew including show callers, AV engineers, lighting designers and riggers.
We also work as a white-label production partner for other event agencies who need reliable technical execution.
Production is the invisible layer that makes or breaks an event. Bad sound ruins a keynote.
Wrong lighting kills a product reveal. An LED wall failure at a televised award show is a career-ending moment for the event manager. Technical production demands redundancy, experienced crew and equipment that has been tested before it reaches the venue. Agencies that subcontract production to the lowest bidder learn this the hard way. We own the gear, employ the crew and run the show — that is why our failure rate is zero.

When the lights go down and the music starts, our production team is why everything just works. We own the infrastructure end of the show.
We study the event format, audience size, venue constraints and creative vision to develop a technical production plan. Site survey covers power availability, rigging points, load capacity, cable runs, control room placement and safety compliance.
Detailed technical design including stage dimensions, LED wall resolution and layout, lighting plot, sound system configuration, rigging plan and power distribution schematic. Equipment list with specifications, quantities and backup units documented.
Equipment prep, testing and loading at our warehouse. Transport coordination, crew deployment schedules and venue access timelines confirmed. For cross-city deployments, we manage trucking, freight and local crew augmentation.
Stage construction, truss rigging, LED wall assembly, sound deployment, lighting installation, power distribution and cable management. Build timelines typically range from 6 hours for a conference to 3 days for a large concert or award show.
Full technical rehearsal with all cues — lighting states, video playback, sound levels, special effects triggers — tested and time-coded. Show caller runs the show from a dedicated control desk with radio comms to all crew positions.
During the show, our technical director monitors all systems from the control room. Backup equipment is hot-standby. Post-show, strike crew dismantles, packs and loads out within venue-mandated timelines. Equipment is inventoried and returned to warehouse.
We own LED panels, line array systems, intelligent lighting, trussing and power distribution units. No rental markup, better quality control, faster deployment.
Show callers, AV engineers, lighting designers, sound engineers and riggers on staff — not freelancers hired per show. This means consistency, accountability and faster problem-solving.
Every critical system runs with a hot backup — redundant video sources, backup audio chain, spare LED modules, generator standby for mains power. We have never had a show-stopping failure.
Equipment and crew deploy from our Pune and Mumbai base to any city in India. For simultaneous multi-city events, we augment with vetted local production partners.
We work as technical production partners for other event agencies, advertising firms and corporate in-house teams who need reliable AV execution without building their own crew.
Structural engineering certification for stage and truss loads, fire safety compliance, electrical safety audits and comprehensive insurance coverage for all production deployments.

Delivering exceptional results across diverse industry sectors
Entertainment and concert productions demand large-format LED walls, high-SPL sound systems, complex rigging with automation and pyrotechnic special effects — production scale and safety standards are non-negotiable.
Corporate conference production needs reliability over spectacle — clean audio, readable screens, seamless video playback and backup systems that switch invisibly.
Award show production requires broadcast-grade multi-camera integration, live graphics, teleprompter and show-calling precision timed to the second.
Sports event production needs weatherproof outdoor setups, high-brightness LED for daylight viewing and PA systems that cover large open areas without feedback.
Government and political event production demands rapid deployment, high security compliance, massive PA coverage for large gatherings and power redundancy in infrastructure-challenged venues.
Wedding and social event production is a growing segment requiring theatrical lighting design, immersive LED environments and entertainment-grade sound for celebrations ranging from intimate to 2,000+ guests.
End-to-end conceptualisation and execution of corporate gatherings from 50 to 5,000+ attendees — annual conferences, AGMs, town halls, investor days and leadership summits.
High-impact product reveals that combine creative spectacle with media amplification — unveilings, press launches, influencer previews and multi-city launch caravans.
Immersive experiential marketing that turns audiences into advocates — pop-ups, sampling drives, AR/VR installations, guerrilla stunts and sensory brand experiences.
On-ground brand activation across high-footfall malls, streets and transit hubs — atrium events, multi-city road shows, RWA activations and transit media campaigns.
