At a trade show, you have 3 seconds to earn a walk-in. We design and build exhibition stalls that stop traffic, start conversations and capture leads — from 9 sqm shell schemes to 300 sqm custom pavilions.
Over 300 stalls built across India's major exhibition venues — BEC Mumbai, Pragati Maidan Delhi, HITEX Hyderabad, BIEC Bangalore, CODISSIA Coimbatore. Turnkey from 3D concept to dismantle, including fabrication, AV, product display, lead capture systems and on-site staffing.
We also design country and industry pavilions for government trade bodies and export promotion councils.
Trade shows compress an entire quarter of business development into three days. Your stall is your storefront, your pitch deck and your meeting room — all at once.
Companies that invest in strong exhibition design consistently report 3-5x more qualified leads per show than those using standard shell schemes. For export-oriented and B2B businesses, trade shows remain the single most efficient channel for face-to-face buyer contact at scale.
3D concept design with premium materials
Reusable, economical builds for multi-event use
End-to-end booth fabrication and installation
Industry and country pavilion conceptualisation
Trained hosts, demo specialists and lead capture teams
Digital lead forms, QR badges and CRM integration
We study your product portfolio, target visitor profile, show layout and competitor presence to define the stall strategy — location preference, size, open sides, key attractions and lead targets.
Our design team creates photorealistic 3D renders with material specifications, branding placement, product display zones, meeting areas and AV integration. You approve the design before any fabrication begins.
In-house workshop handles carpentry, metalwork, vinyl, acrylic and modular system assembly. Finished components are transported to the venue with tools, hardware and backup materials. International shows get shipped via freight forwarder.
Crew arrives during build-up days, assembles the stall, installs AV and lighting, places products and runs a final walkthrough. Electrical connections, internet and compressed air (for industrial shows) are coordinated with the venue.
Trained booth staff, product demonstrators and lead capture teams operate during show hours. Digital lead forms with QR badge scanning feed directly into your CRM. Daily lead reports sent to your sales team.
Teardown crew dismantles and removes the stall within venue-mandated timelines. Post-show report includes total leads captured, visitor demographics, product interest breakdown and recommendations for the next edition.

Real projects. Real clients. Real results.
Delivering exceptional results across diverse industry sectors
Manufacturing companies need heavy-product display engineering, compressed air and power connections for live machine demos, and stall designs that handle high floor loads.
Pharma exhibitors require MCI-compliant booth designs, cold-chain display for biologics, and separate HCP meeting rooms with privacy screens.
IT and SaaS brands need demo-station heavy layouts with reliable high-speed internet, charging points and a minimalist aesthetic that lets the software speak.
Industrial and engineering companies need sectional displays, catalogue walls and meeting-room-heavy designs because trade shows are where annual contracts get negotiated.
Export-oriented businesses need bilingual signage, international-grade print quality and stall designs that comply with overseas venue regulations for fire, height and material safety.
Defence and aerospace exhibitors need secure display zones, restricted-access meeting rooms and compliance with DRDO and MoD exhibition guidelines.
